Hey there. I’m David Maja and I go by the name of Mistermaja.
I have 7+ years working in advertising in various capacities and have a plethora of knowledge in multiple positions. I’ve worked with some of Ghana’s best advertising companies – Ogilvy Ghana, Insel Communications, Ronin Africa and The DMTCA – fulfilling roles in copywriting, photography, senior account management and digital strategy.
Most notably I wrote Tigo’s Drop That Yam advert in my first year in advertising (plus subsequent campaigns under the Drop That Yam umbrella) as well as a multitude of adverts. Right now I’m focusing on photography.
If I do say so myself, I’m a whiz at brand photography as well as product, architecture, travel, documentary, portraiture and on-set music photography.
